*Early bird registration ends on 31 March 2019. Your payment must be received by 14 April 2019 to qualify for the early bird rates.
^ Onsite registration depends on the availability so it does not guarantee you a space at the conference.
All prices stated are in SGD and are inclusive of 7% GST.
Registrations will allow admission to oral poster session, exhibition booths and lunch receptions and networking session.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable upon payment. If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost before 14 June 2019. Please email the secretariat via email@example.com of your non-attendance and your replacement’s name.
No show may incur a cost of $100 per registrant.
Payment by Credit Card
Please ensure that you have registered your details before you complete the credit card authorisation form and email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org
All registration and payment will require 2-4 weeks to be processed. The secretariat will contact you with a confirmation email and receipt of payment.
Conference badges can be collected at the reception counter at the commencement of the conference. All registered participants are requested to display the conference badge visibly at all times during the conference for identification. Registration passes are strictly not transferrable.
