Asst. Prof Jeremy Yip

Dr. Jeremy Yip is Clinical Assistant Professor of the Division of Colorectal Surgery of the Department of Surgery at The University of Hong Kong. He is also a Resident Surgeon at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong. After graduation from The University of Hong Kong in 2005, Dr. Yip joined Ruttonjee Hospital to undertake general surgical training, which he continued at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital and Queen Mary Hospital. Upon completion of his general training, Dr. Yip was qualified as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong. He furthered his training in Colorectal Surgery in Queen Mary Hospital. In 2015, he completed his overseas training in Pelvic Exenterative Surgery at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, University of Sydney. His main research interests include minimally invasive colorectal surgery, recurrent rectal cancers, pelvic exenterations, and hernia surgery.
